The BDP-S350 is about a year and shows no signs of slowing down for the moment. Due to the fact that all BD players are upgradeable, they deserve the latest firmware upgrade for the S350 has with the latest Blu-ray titles.
Even if the load of S350 can not compete with a Playstation 3, is probably one of the fastest machines on the market. Charging time for the title is as fast as older BD most DVDs, while the newer songs takes less than a minute to play.
The picture quality of this player is highly dependent on the quatlity the source, as most DVD players and BD, but from what I can see, so far, leads the S350 is the best 1080-upscaling for DVDs. Since my S350 was purchased in Singapore, the player will be shipped without a DVD Region Lock, so that it can bring a DVD drive, so out of the box.
